9.1 From the first day of enrollment, students have 30 days to request a refund. The date of registration counts as Day 1. There will be no exceptions after 30 days have passed. All payment plans will remain active unless cancellation requests occur within the first 30 days. For example, if a student enrolls on March 1, they must submit their request to cancel by March 30. If they request a refund on day 31, they will not be entitled to a refund. Please note that our team does not work on the weekends, so if the scheduled payment date falls on a weekend, be sure to contact [email protected] or call us at 833-988-4433 with enough advance notice to cancel the payment plan before the next scheduled payment is drawn. Students enrolled with a payment plan are responsible for paying for the course in full after the 30 day refund policy is complete. If a student completes the program within 30 days and downloads the certificate of completion, they are not eligible for a refund.
9.2Students are eligible to request a one time pause for up to 90 days should a financial difficulty occur while committed to an Evolutionary Herbalism (EH) payment plan. If the 90 days is overdrawn, a re-activation fee will be applied upon the renewal of a suspended payment plan. The reactivation fee is $50.00
If a student requests to suspend a payment plan, it is the students responsibility to contact our support team a few days before the upcoming scheduled payment is due so our staff has adequate time to process or stop the automated payment. In the event of suspension, our support staff and student will determine a new agreed start date. An automated email will notify the student one week prior of the scheduled new start date, but if the student is unable to make a payment on that new start day, they must contact or support team a few days before the upcoming scheduled payment is due so our staff has adequate time to stop the automated payment. Refunds will not be issued without adequate notice.
9.3 Requesting a Payment Plan Change: Our business hours are: Monday – Friday: 8 – 4 pm PST. We cannot make any changes on weekends, so if an upcoming payment is scheduled to happen on a Saturday or Sunday, and the student needs to request a suspension, they must contact us by Thursday afternoon in order for us to make any changes to the payment plan in time. Refunds will not be issued without adequate notice.
9.4 Failed Payment Plan: In the event of a declined or failed payment, the School of Evolutionary Herbalism automates multiple attempts to collect the failed payment. If a failed or declined payment is not paid within 10 days, the school reserves the right to cancel the student’s enrollment and remove student access to their course. Upon cancellation, the student is obliged to contact our team to resolve the failed payment plan. If the failed payment is not resolved within 90 days, a re-activation fee will be applied upon return.
9.5 Transferring or Paying Off a Payment Plan: In the event that a student wishes to pay off a payment plan in full, the student may contact our support team and make one full payment that equals the total balance remaining from the payment plan they originally signed up with. If a student wishes to switch a payment plan, they are eligible to switch plans within 30 days of their first purchase date. After 30 days, the student will be locked into that payment plan.
